Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in its role as Development Agency for the Cherrywood SDZ, is undertaking a review of the building heights for proposed development across the whole of the SDZ area as directed by the Ministerial Guidelines on Urban Development and Building Heights DHPLG, December 2018

‘Proposed Development in Cherrywood’ in the Cherrywood SDZ Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended) contains clear guidance for land use, building type and development in the SDZ and Section 2.9: Building Heights has specific guidance and objectives in relation to building heights in the Scheme area. All submissions received will be reviewed and considered by the Cherrywood Development Agency Project Team (DAPT) as part of the SDZ Building Height Review. Any submissions/observations should be received no later than 5pm on Tuesday 4th August and can so be done as follows:
- In writing to the Administrative Officer, Forward Planning Infrastructure, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire
