Climate Conversations Report – DLR PPN

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Public Participation Network (DLR PPN) has a membership of more than 500 member groups. We were delighted to be selected as one of the 16 PPNs to participate in the Climate Conversations.

As we wished to facilitate any groups that were interested in participating in the conversations, we held two workshops, which were expertly facilitated by Lyn Hagin Meade from Dundrum 2030. The dates for the workshops were:

  • Monday, 12 April 2021 – from 6.00pm to 7.30pm
  • Thursday, 15th April 2021 – from 6.00pm to 7.30pm

For the purposes of this report, the feedback from the two workshops will be joined in one document. We would like to thank Lyn Hagin Meade and all the participants in the conversation for their interest and commitment to climate initiatives. We would also like to thank Anthony MacNamara (Climate Action Officer with dlr County Council) for attending and the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications for the opportunity to get involved.
