Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are at the ‘Pre-Draft’ stage of the Old Connaught Local Area Plan (LAP)  which is followed by the preparation and publication of a Draft LAP.  At all stages the planning authority undertakes public consultation exercises and will invite your comments.

This stage involves the publication of the Pre-Draft Issues Paper. This issues paper poses a series of questions under a number of themes to prompt ideas on the type of issues that the Draft LAP should address.

The ‘Pre-Draft Issues Paper’ and associated maps are set out below and these may be inspected at the following locations:

• Planning and Economic Development Department, County Hall, Dun Laoghaire (10.00 am – 4.00 p.m.)
• Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum (9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m., 1.30 p.m – 4.30 p.m.)

There will be a public information session in the Junior School Hall at St. Gerard’s School, Thornhill Road on Monday 29th May 2023 from 4 – 8 pm.

The consultation closes at 5 pm on Tuesday 6th June 2023.
