WHO WE ARE
Muslim Sisters of Éire, is a grassroots non-profit all female organisation, established in July 2010, with the primary objective to promote immigration and social inclusion as well as providing vital services for the community to support the most vulnerable, to facilitate integration by building bridges and breaking stereotypes.

Our longest and ongoing project is the feeding of the homeless outside the GPO  every Friday for the past 3 years though or Weekly Friday Homeless soup run. Through our soup run, we benefit over 200 people per week. Throughout the year we receive many calls for help where we have impacted the lives of many through our crisis calls and campaigns.

Our activities include conferences, Multicultural family fun days, crisis campaigns, weekly feeding  the Homeless, conferences, fundraising ball and our bag for life project which serves the rough sleepers during the winter months. Our organization has achieved so much over the past few years in terms of its growth and impact. Muslim Sisters of Eire has gained much media attention and been the focus of many documentaries, in particular ‘nationwide’ on RTE.

PROMOTING INCLUSION
Muslim Sisters of Eire has made a huge impact in the media and in wider Irish society inregards to women and volunteering. The majority of our volunteer base is made up of Muslim and migrant women of all ages. Our group has combated stereotypes of Muslim women being meek and without autonomy throughout our engagement with the wider Irish society. We have also provided a platform for migrant women to bind together and to do what we can for society. We are always looking for extra hands to help us out in any way possible.
