Foróige – national youth organisation – supports programmes of education and development for young people aged 10-18 yr olds across Ireland.

Presently, Foróige have a number of volunteer led clubs for young people in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown area:  Dalkey (new clubs for 5th / 6th Class and 1st/2nd years), Dun Laoghaire, Johnstown Ballybrack, Stillorgan, Cabinteely *ASD Friendly Club, Goatstown *ASD Friendly Club and Glencullen. 

Foróige Clubs provide a fun, safe, social outlet for young people, to meet, relax, have fun, learn new skills, develop good friends and work collectively on decisions relating to the character and activities of their Club. Foróige Clubs are known to do everything! and anything within reason, from learning how to DJ, animation workshops, novelty Olympics, to raising funds to purchase life saving defibrillators for the local community.

Foróige are hosting Leadership Talent Spot Volunteer Recruitment Night on Thursday 20th in The Mill House, 1 Lower Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Co  Dublin at 8pm. This meeting will be providing a sparkling and refreshing taster of what it is to become involved with Foróige as a volunteer Leader and how much there is to give and to gain. There will be conversation, encouragement and a  specially commissioned Foróige Bingo Game thrown into the mix, to add an extra slice of intrigue to what we are all about!
