ESB Wind Development Limited (ESB) has applied for a Licence to conduct investigations on a possible wind farm at a site named “Sea Stack Offshore Wind”, situated off the coasts of Dublin and Wicklow. To facilitate the Minister’s Appropriate Assessment per Regulation 42(13), the Department for Housing, Local Government, and Heritage is inviting any person who wishes to make a submission, observation, or objection concerning the grant of licence to do so in writing (giving reasons) between 11 July 2022 and 9th August 2022 (quoting reference: FS007134).
