In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire – Rathdown County Council gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that includes road, footpath, public lighting and surface water sewer at the following location to be made public:
- The Laurels, Dundrum, Dublin 14.
A map showing the areas may be inspected at County Hall, Dún Laoghaire during office hours 10.00 am – 4.00 pm (including lunchtime) on weekdays from Friday 25th November 2022 to Friday 13th January 2023 inclusive.
Alternatively, the map can also be viewed at the Council’s Dundrum Offices, Main Street, Dundrum during office hours 9.30 am – 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm – 4.30 pm weekdays from Friday 25th November 2022 to Friday 13th January 2023 inclusive.
Please note both offices will be closed from 24th December 2022 to the 2nd of January 2023 inclusive.
Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Engineer, Roads Maintenance, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Ballyogan, Co. Dublin, D18 Cv97 or via Citizen Space.
The latest date for receipt of submissions is 4.00 pm on Friday 13th January 2023.
