Are you involved in your local community in some way? Do you have an idea for a project or an initiative, big or small, that could benefit your local area in community development, sports or the arts? Maybe you have an idea that could assist business promotion in the local area or you or your local community group would like to develop an initiative that would make a difference to the well being and quality of life, even in a small way, for people in your local neighbourhood.
Then come along to one of the dlr Grants Scheme 2020 information sessions in your area for advice on applying for funding!
The dlr Grants Scheme is designed to support community based initiatives which promote growth and development in sports, arts, heritage, environment, events and business in our community groups in the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown area.
Public information sessions will be held across the County in September and October where you can meet dlr officials who will be happy to answer questions and provide tips on the application process. Tea and coffee will be served on arrival.
The dlr Grant Scheme will open on 18 September and the latest date for receipt of applications is Wednesday 16 October, 2019.
