If members of the public request Garda assistance regarding the collection of their prescriptions, then that individual in question would contact the Pharmacy concerned, advising them that a named member of An Garda Siochana would be collecting the prescription on their behalf and it would then accordingly be collected by the said Garda and delivered to the individual.

If any particular Pharmacy outlets have any issues with this service it should be documented and efforts will be made by the Community Gardai to allay any specific concerns expressed and endeavour to resolve any issues.
