The state-owned Land Development Agency (LDA) has commenced the first phase of public engagement on the Dundrum Central project – a plan to create a new housing development on the Central Mental Hospital site.  This first stage comprises a survey which will help shape the engagement process for the project. Further phases of consultation will take place later in 2020 and early in 2021, in advance of a planning application in mid-2021. 

The LDA has launched a new website – www.dundrumcentral.ie – and has established a Community Liaison Team who will act as the key contact point for local stakeholders.
