Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has prepared a draft Development Contribution Scheme, “Draft Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Development Contribution Scheme 2023 – 2028”, this is in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).

Contributions are propsoed to be collected for the Draft Development Contribution scheme are allocated to three classes of public infrastructure,Community & Parks facilities & Recreational amenities, Transport Infrastructure and Surface Water Infrastructure
