Draft dlr segregation, storage and presentation of household and commercial waste Bye-laws

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council proposes to make new Bye-Laws to regulate and control the Segregation, Storage and Presentation of Household and Commercial Waste within its functional area.

It is proposed to make provision in the Bye-Laws for the imposition of a fixed payment of €75 in respect of a contravention of a Bye-Law as an alternative to a prosecution, as provided for in Section 206 of the Local Government Act 2001.

The Draft Bye-Laws in paper format are available for inspection at the locations below during normal office hours, from Monday 10th June 2019 to 10th August 2019, both dates inclusive.

Submissions and observations on the proposed draft bye-laws can made up to midnight on 10th August 2019.
