SWAN as part of the NCCWN Dublin Region invites you to take part in our Covid 19 impact survey.
The findings of this survey will provide women in Dublin with a collective voice; help identify the issues and challenges now experienced by women and help influence new strategies being developed in response to Covid-19 and inform our response.

All fully completed surveys (approx. 10/15mins to complete) will be entered into a draw for €100 All4One Voucher.
In order to be in for the draw you must put a name and contact number on the survey
If you require a printed copy please email us at coordinatorswan@gmail.com or text your details to 0861744863 and we will send you one out along with a stamped addressed envelope for return. If anyone would like to complete the survey over the phone please text 0861744863 and we can arrange a time to do this too.
