The Down Syndrome Centre’s 21 Faces Campaign

The 21 Faces Campaign is now going into its third year, celebrating the uniqueness and diversity of children with Down syndrome and challenging some of the misconceptions about Down syndrome along the way.

21 Faces is about inviting the viewer to look past Down syndrome and to see the child, to see the individual and their potential – to take a second look! They have been following the children over the last 3 years celebrating and recording the development and progress of the children including testimonials from the “champions” that support the children – be it a parent, sibling, grandparent, friend, practitioner or Special Needs Assistant. Dunnes Stores have supported and provided the charity a wonderful platform to showcase this years exhibition and if you are passing Cornelscourt I would encourage you to drive through the car park or walk around the centre to see the wonderful display of ’21 Faces’ in it’s third year.
