dlr Community Call helpline (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) is up and running and they have received a significant number of calls from elderly, cocooning and vulnerable citiziens. Do you, or somebody that you know need assistance?

The phonelines are manned by dlr Community staff.  If you need help getting groceries or pharmacy prescriptions they can provide details of which grocery stores are providing telephone or online ordering and which pharmacies are offering prescription delivery.

Many people during the current restrictions might feel isolated or alone – pick up the phone and give them a call and they can have a chat with you about that and maybe offer some solutions.
